Litera is seeking an experienced and strategic VP, Product Operations to lead and optimize our product management operations. In this strategic and highly influential role, you will act as a key member of the Product Management Leadership Team and be responsible for driving and ensuring exceptional and consistent operational delivery of our strategic product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of asserting influence across cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence, and seamlessly executing product strategies. A Day in the Life Operational Leadership : Work with Executive Leadership and Product Leadership Team to establish strategy and execution plans, including program management of strategic/long-range planning (LRP) efforts and annual planning (AOP). Lead and drive regular product management cadences to include RCDO, big rocks, board deck readiness and weekly updates. Cross-Functional

Collaboration : Foster strong partnerships with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and other relevant departments. Drive organizational readiness to ensure product delivery is tightly coordinated with go-to-market activities such as pricing & packaging, sales & marketing activities to achieve product growth targets. Customer Focused : Work closely with support and sales to improve the customer experience. Drive adoption of new features by working cross functionally to eliminate friction points and overcome operational challenges. Drive customer migrations from legacy products to latest versions of go forward solutions. Integrate usability research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and drive market adoption. Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to enhance, standardize and streamline product management processes. Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to improve consistency, efficiency, and scale of product management processes. This will be critical for integration of new acquisitions. Make informed decisions to optimize resource allocation and control costs. Performance Metrics : Define and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and efficiency of product rhythms of the business (RoBs), in partnership with CPO. This should also include customer-facing metrics like product NPS. Regularly monitor and report to company leadership and drive changes as needed. Deliver data driven dashboards and reporting that can be used by the product management function to improve product decisions. Risk Management : Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and challenges in product development and operations. Develop and drive mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions and maintain project timelines. Integration : Assist in the execution of business initiatives during newly acquired company

You understand your customers and seek to drive value in all that you do on their behalf. You have strong business acumen and the ability to align operational efforts with overall business goals. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience (8+ years) in a leadership role within product operations, preferably at a technology or software company. Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and project management principles, including Pragmatic Marketing. Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies used in product development and operations (Jira, Confluence, Pendo, EasyBI or similar Agile software development tools). The salary range for

is

$150,000 to $175,000 .
