Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care. Assists physicians during examinations and procedures. Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.

Education:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) required, BSN preferred.
Licensure & Certification:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana.
  • BLS certification must be maintained while in this position
  • ACLS certification within 12 months of hire, must be maintained while in this position
Experience:
  • 1 year of hospital experience preferred
