Fleet Analyst

We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture.SummaryThe Fleet Analyst will take multiple data bases and combine into a single, all encompassing, data platform and ensure ongoing data integrity and actionable reporting. The Fleet Analyst will be using telematics software and other fleet management tools.Key Responsibilities Provide data analytics and reporting that drives actionable results throughout agribusiness

Provide training and support to staff on telematics systems and best practices.

Work with the fleet supervisor to create a standard naming convention for all rolling stock and implement the naming convention in the consolidated data base.

Combine multiple data bases (Wheels, Fixed Asset Register, etc.) into a single, all - encompassing data base

Assists in administering and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations.

Prepare and maintain accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting.

Manage data integrity of all fleet related information on an ongoing basis

Typical EducationBachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university is preferred (Equivalent experience of education and experience will be considered for meeting the minimum requirements of the role).Relevant Experience2-3 years related experience and/or training.Other Information Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet specific regulations, licensing, registration and reporting requirements.

Proven experience working with telematics systems and data analytics

Understands repairs and preventive maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements.
