Recruiter Responsibilities

Source and interview candidates Select candidates for client job openings Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, and employee referrals Coach and advise candidates and clients on the interview process Use recruitment reporting and analytics to influence decisions Interact with all levels of management and demonstrate a consultative approach to sourcing/recruiting

Requirements To Be a Recruiter At ProPivotal

3 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment where you played a meaningful role in your company’s hiring process Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with candidates and hiring managers Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as part of a larger team
