California Branch Manager

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to support our offices in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. In this role, the Branch Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to leading resources and staff, developing and achieving business goals, providing excellent customer service, and growing the location's revenues. As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the performance of other employees. Setting performance expectations, evaluating and optimizing operations performance, ensuring company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and financial reports. Given the fast growth within this department, we have no doubt this role will serve as a stepping stone for a long-term career at the Simplex Group.
Responsibilities
- leadership and direction to branch staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- clear performance objectives and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
- with human resources on recruitment, training, and development initiatives to ensure a high-performing team
- a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- a customer-centric approach, ensuring that all interactions with clients reflect our commitment to exceptional service
- customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- opportunities to enhance the customer experience and implement strategies to exceed customer expectations
- with our Chief Revenue Officer to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
- new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients
- with the sales team to maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- branch performance metrics and financial indicators, taking proactive measures to address any issues and optimize performance
- risk management strategies to safeguard assets and mitigate potential risks
- other duties as assigned by your manager
Qualifications
- degree in Business, Management or equivalent relevant experience
- years in a Management Role
- in Customer Service
- attention to detail
- to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
- written and verbal communication skills
- required, Spanish is a Plus
- with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
