Comprehensive paid orientation is a cornerstone of our approach, ensuring that you are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role. From acquiring or renewing DOT medical cards to familiarizing yourself with our state-of-the-art fleet, we leave no stone unturned in preparing you for success on the road.

In terms of compensation, our CDL A Drivers can expect to earn competitive wages, with average weekly earnings ranging from $1,200 to $1,500, contingent upon your desired level of engagement. Additionally, our convenient location in Jacksonville, Florida, provides easy access to major transportation routes, ensuring that you can maximize your earning potential without sacrificing valuable time on the road.

The schedule for CDL A Drivers is designed to provide a balance between work and home life, with 12 days on the road followed by 2 days of respite at home every other weekend. While coverage spans across all 48 states.

Our fleet comprises new 2021 or newer Freightliners or Kenworth trucks, outfitted with a range of amenities designed to enhance your comfort and convenience on the road. Whether you choose to take the truck home during off-duty periods or utilize our terminals for parking, we ensure that you have the flexibility and support you need to thrive in your role.

Orientation is a seamless process, with all expenses covered including travel, meals, and accommodation in single-person hotel rooms. This ensures that you can focus on absorbing the necessary information and preparing for the road ahead without any undue financial burden.
