Candidato(a) Exitoso(a):

Responsable de realizar actividades bsicas de soporte al cliente, incluyendo la revisin y ajuste de facturacin, la creacin de rdenes de servicio y el manejo de llamadas de emergencia. Mantiene un conocimiento prctico de las polticas, los procedimientos y los sistemas de atencin al cliente de Atmos Energy.

Responde a clientes actuales y/o potenciales con respecto a conexiones y desconexiones de servicios, programas de mercadeo, preguntas sobre facturacin y acuerdos de pago. Este contacto se realiza principalmente por telfono, pero tambin puede incluir otras formas de comunicacin. (20%) Recibe y procesa transacciones y solicitudes segn el nivel de autoridad designado. Enva otros asuntos al nivel de responsabilidad correspondiente. (20%) Analiza, evala y dirige los problemas de los clientes utilizando la poltica actual de la empresa. (20%) Revisa, analiza y corrige errores en las cuentas de los clientes para garantizar la precisin mediante un Sistema de Informacin del Cliente en lnea. Comunica informacin correcta a los clientes de manera oportuna. (20%) Investigar posibles discrepancias en las cuentas de los clientes y toma las medidas adecuadas para verificar la identidad, las direcciones y las cuentas vencidas del cliente, segn sea necesario. (10%) Maneja las llamadas de los clientes para garantizar la capacidad de respuesta al gas natural y otras posibles situaciones de emergencia, ejerciendo precaucin y adhirindose a procesos estandarizados. (10%)

Requerimientos Mnimos

Nivel de Educacin/Experiencia:

Un conocimiento educativo general normalmente adquirido a travs de un diploma de escuela secundaria o un Diploma de Equivalencia General (GED); y la finalizacin exitosa de la Evaluacin de Servicio al Cliente, demostrando habilidades de comunicacin y servicio al cliente.

Habilidades Comunicativas:

Requiere excelentes habilidades de comunicacin verbal y escrita.

Habilidades Numricas:

Requiere la capacidad de realizar sumas, restas, multiplicaciones y divisiones bsicas.

Habilidades Computacionales:

Requiere conocimientos informticos intermedios para tareas de entrada, referencia y/o recuperacin de datos.

Se valorar experiencia previa con un Sistema de Informacin del Cliente.

Condiciones de Trabajo:

Trabaja en un ambiente interior.

En ocasiones, debe realizar actividades que incluyen, entre otras, agacharse, inclinarse, agarrar, alcanzar, torcerse, dar vueltas y/o levantar objetos. Puede requerir estar sentado durante perodos prolongados.
