What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
  • Ability to pass welding certification
  • Capacity to read and understand blueprints
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Good attendance
  • Ability to work flexible hours and lift 50 pounds
What You'll Do as a Welder
  • Identify process disruptions and malfunctions and perform minor adjustments per standard operating procedures and protocols
  • Perform routine inspections and daily basic preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Perform MIG welding
  • Load and unload weld fixtures
  • Move parts to and from stations
  • Tend to robot fixtures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
