Mechanical / Hydraulic Design Engineer - Aerospace
Key responsibilities
concept, plan and design of test system for international aviation customers
selection, design and construct of mechanical and hydraulic assemblies and individual
parts
design of UUT adaptions and machine elements
design implementation of the fluid technological part of the products
simensioning and design of drive trains for a wide variety of speed and torque ranges.
develop hydraulic schematics
create documentation for commissioning and maintenance instructions
assist with hydraulic commissioning of products
coordinate requirements internally and with external suppliers
Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering required
5+ years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
MBA degree in technical field or applied technology is a plus
technical knowledge and expertise in mechanical/fluid systems
CAD proficiency in both 2D and 3D environments
basic project/process management skills
knowledge of controls technology and BOM management is a plus
proficient in reading hydraulic/electrical schematics
computer and MS Office skills
willingness to international collaboration
