RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend project meetings to organize notes, plan project work, and keep managers and engineers abreast of client demands and requests Draft and compile completion reports, requests for information, proposals, quotes, and bids Issue purchase orders and communicate with vendors Aide managers in tracking budgets, spending, and overhead for key projects General document preparation and upkeep QA/QC documents, proposals, write-ups Participate in marketing events to help build UTI branding (as required) Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Associate’s Degree in applicable field Exceptional ability to multitask Outstanding organizational skills Strong grammar and technical writing skills Professional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint 1-2 years’ experience related field/role Heightened attention to detail Self-motivated, able to work independently on provided tasks Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing project environments Ability to learn new skills on the fly as unique projects come in or group’s workload shifts Excellent team work skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years’ experience related field/role Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field Natural gas pipeline experience
