Overview Job Type: Contract Location: Downtown Houston, TX This is a full-time, on-site contract position with an approximate duration of 6 months. Salary: $10,000 per month. We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager / Superintendent to lead the renovation of a hotel lobby, bar, and restaurant in downtown Houston. Responsibilities Provide daily on-site supervision and management of all project activities. Coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure timely and high-quality execution. Maintain project schedule, budget, and quality standards. Communicate effectively with owners, design teams, and vendors. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes. Identify and resolve issues that could impact project delivery. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial project management, specifically interior renovations in the hospitality sector. Established relationships with Houston-area subcontractors required. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple moving parts and make quick, informed decisions. Must be available for full-time, on-site supervision in downtown Houston for the duration of the project.
