Today, we are one of the largest nonprofits in Florida touching 1 in 50 Floridians with a wide range of services, including: * early childhood education * refugee and immigration * mental health and substance abuse * juvenile justice * child welfare **LSF is looking for a talented Network Management Support Specialist who wants to make an impact in the lives of others.** **Purpose & Impact** The role of the Network Management Support Specialist is to assist the Network Management team in administrative tasks and reporting activities. **A Day in the Life of a Network Management Support Specialist** * Assists with preparing contracts, Amendments, and Memoranda of Understanding. * Processes monthly invoices to ensure accurate payment in accordance with Department of Children and Families appropriations, contract terms and Florida Administrative Code. * Assists with pre and post audit/monitoring activities which range from collecting documents and drafting the scope and agenda, to compiling interdepartmental findings on a formal report and ensuring completion of monitoring tools. * Tracks Corrective Action Plan status and accompanying documentation. * Aids in developing and annually revising the policies, principles, procedures and standards for the Network Management department. * Develops and maintains effective working relationships with both internal and external customers. * Supports Network Management team with required reporting and ad hoc requests. * Maintains official contract file for accuracy and uniformity. * Provides main administrative support to the Network Management Department. **Other Functions:** Other tasks and duties as assigned. **Physical Requirements:** The position requires the energy, persistence, and stamina sufficient for working extended hours, utilizing a computer for extended periods of time, communicating via telephone and engaging in travel as needed. **Education:** HS Diploma or GED Equivalent **Experience:** One to three years of professional experience working in a field relevant to the responsibilities of the position. **License, Certification and Screening:** Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) requires those hired into this position to provide proof that they have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (including any booster shots, if required) or must become fully vaccinated within the first 30 days of employment. Failure to provide timely proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status will result in the termination of your employment with LSF. Any individuals subject to this requirement may submit for consideration a request to be exempted from the requirement (based on a valid religious or medical reason) on forms to be provided by LSF. Such requests will be subject to review and approval by the Company, and exemptions will be granted only if the Company can provide a reasonable accommodation in relation to the requested exemption. This vaccination requirement is based, in part, on recently established government requirements. The requirement is also based on the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine in protecting against COVID-19, and our shared responsibility for the health and safety of members, clients, and community. **Skills:** * Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office programs with proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Comprehension of mathematics and/or financial management concepts * Ability to meet critical deadlines on concurrently occurring projects * Aptitude for prioritizing responsibilities * Positive attitude with a focus on problem solving * Capability for change and adaptation to evolving policies and procedures * Creative thinking as it pertains to improvement on procedure and systemic development * Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively * Excellent communication skills with a knack for customer service, professionalism and diplomacy via all modes of communication; whether in person, by telephone or in writing **Other:** * Person must demonstrate sensitivity to our service populations cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and needs * Travel may be required across twenty-three counties in Florida.
