Client USA is proud to work with a diverse network of freelance talent to collaborate with our team on innovative experiential learning programs. We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-assured and engaged facilitator to join our onsite program team. Responsibilities include performing training demonstrations and facilitated tours, gathering feedback, facilitating training sessions, as well as assisting with new product integrations into the program. The right candidate will have experience presenting to diverse groups of individuals, will be engaging and interactive, and will have a track record of inspiring and igniting passion in learners.
To be successful as a Lead, you must have a passion for the people and products we work with, and keep expanding your brand knowledge. Outstanding Leads have a keen ability to listen to participants, exhibit zeal and confidence in order to bolster participation, and demonstrate the "heart" of the program by actively engaging with others. This role is a 12-month contract opportunity based in Birmingham, AL.

What You'll Do:
Facilitation
•Conduct assigned training courses, develop and revise training guides and lesson plans to tailor materials to varied audiences, maintaining the highest standards for quality & innovation.
•Lead and facilitate sessions to ensure that the implementation aligns with the program's mission and vision.
•Ensure high quality experiences for participants.
•Cultivate and create a safe and exciting atmosphere for participants.
•Ensure participants are fully engaged throughout their experience.
•Serve as a positive representative of Client within the broader educational community, at virtual conferences, with partner organizations, and more.
•Assist curriculum developers with development of course curriculum and training materials.
•Ensure measurable, effective application and use of training and development at retail as evidenced by improved behaviors, knowledge and skills.
•Assist in conducting needs analysis to identify performance and competency gaps in meeting corporate objectives.
•Cross-train in client courses to increase understanding of technology and systems.
•Encourage respect for ideas voiced during facilitation.
•Steer conversations about the learning material.
•Serve as dedicated tour guide throughout the program for a group of 9-12 learners.
•Answer all Client questions in a polite manner and address queries promptly.
•Plan and assist with new product integrations and updates to the program curriculum.
•Perform product demonstrations for participants, staff and partners.
•Schedule training sessions and attend meetings as required.
•Identify new learning opportunities, drive program recommendations and make suggestions to increase participant engagement.
•Conduct research, which may include taking surveys, doing research, sending emails and making calls, and even attending product launches of rival companies.

Concierge
•Provide superior customer service & onsite hospitality to attendees.
•Seek new ways to delight and surprise program participants.
•Document and share (photos, written quotes, etc) attendee experiences.
•Ensure high quality environments in all modules (check F&B, straighten and rearrange chairs, clean tables, set out pens and notebooks, etc).
•Educate, engage, and develop relationships with attendees.
•Cross-train to fill in and support hotel-based guest services tasks.
