Your work will be vital in helping to advance Swope Health's mission to provides care for the people in our community who need it the most.

Primary Functions:

  • Prepare invoices for payment, determine general ledger account distribution and enter into accounting software..
  • Review check requests and assign proper coding consistent with expenses
  • Prepare business analysis and analytical reports.
  • Reconcile invoices with payments and ensure timely collection. Manage A/R
  • Prepare grant reports and submit timely to granting agencies.
  • Assist with reviewing aging of invoices and/or claims.
  • Prepare budget for assigned grant applications/renewals and required billings
Successful Candidate will have:
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field Required
  • Minimum of one-two years accounting experience required.
  • Knowledge of computer experience required
  • Aptitude for detailed work.
  • Proficient in Excel. Advance level of Excel preferred
  • Experience in working with an ERP system preferred.
