Overview Employer Industry: Medical Technology Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $144,400 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a leading global medical technology company Supportive and collaborative work environment that values employee contributions Chance to work on transformative solutions that impact global health Strong commitment to employee well-being and development through competitive compensation and benefits Emphasis on creativity and innovation in a fast-paced industry What to Expect Lead and coach multiple agile teams on scrum best practices and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) PI Planning Own and drive all agile/scrum ceremonies while managing risks and dependencies Foster self-organization and growth within teams, acting as a primary contact for cross-functional stakeholders Support product managers in goal definition and backlog management Advocate for continuous improvement using metrics and data-driven insights Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related IT/Technical field 5-7 years of experience in Agile software development as a Scrum Master, Technical Program Manager, or similar role Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps) Experience managing dependencies and risks in large-scale Agile environments Strong understanding of Agile metrics and their application in team performance improvement Preferred Qualifications Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification Experience with software development for medical devices or in a regulated field Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance frameworks related to software development Experience with Lean Portfolio Management and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) #MedicalTechnology #AgileDevelopment #ScrumMaster #CareerOpportunity #InnovationInHealthcare We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
