Our client, Tier 1 Automotive Supplier is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting quality initiatives to support business objectives.Job Title: Quality EngineerLocation: Holland, MI What's the Job? Serves as the main contact for customer issues; must be capable of communicating by phone, email or various customer portal method.Arrange for sorting at customer locations if necessary, issuing necessary purchase orders, requisitions and RMA as if needed. Organize customer information, create 8D files and complete sections 1-3.Communicate professionally with customers and send initial and final responses within the established customer due dates. Assists in development and implementation of quality procedures, work instructions and standards.Understands company's quality policy and assures compliance with ISO/IATF systems.What's Needed?
