Baptist Health is looking for an experienced LPN for our Mandarin South office location This is a full time days opportunity Monday - Friday.
This large, well-established primary care office is conveniently located on San Jose Boulevard, close to I 295. The office has 7 providers.
The primary responsibility of this LPN position is to assist with phone triage and contacting patients.
Additional responsibilities may include:
* Chaperone and greet patients
* Obtain vital signs
* Maintain medical documentation
* Schedule care/treatment, diagnostic tests
* Process prescriptions, referrals
* Begin IV therapy
* Administer medicines
* Provide patient information
