What You'll Do
Epic Games is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead specializing in the art discipline to join our growing team. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier artistic talent for our game development and game adjacent teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gaming industry, a passion for art, and a proven track record in talent acquisition.
In this role, you will
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber art professionals, including concept artists, environment artists, 3D modelers, animators, VFX artists, and more
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with Epic Games
Work closely with hiring managers and game development teams to understand their specific needs and ensure a smooth hiring process
Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimize hiring processes, and report on talent acquisition effectiveness
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
Mentor and lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment goals
What we're looking for
Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for art roles within the gaming or entertainment industry
Deep understanding of the art discipline within game development, including the various roles, skills, and software used by artists
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and data analytics to drive decision-making and improve processes
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team
Strong network within the art and gaming communities, with a proven ability to attract and hire top talent
This role is open to multiple locations (including CA, NYC, & WA).
Pay Transparency Information
The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).
