SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine  We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space.  Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Vacuuming
  • Mopping
  • Extraction (wet/dry)
  • Carpet spot removal
  • Move furniture before/after clean
  • Communicate changes, progress or problem areas
Qualifications
  • 1+ year Floor Tech experience required
  • Experience in the janitorial industry required
  • Experience in running a floor scrubber
  • Must be able to pass drug test and background check
  • Experience with side x side machine and floor scrubber
  • Custodial experience
