The Junior Product Marketing Manager s a member of the Marketing Group, reporting to the Marketing Mgr. She/he must possess a commitment and dedication to the Corporate values of providing the highest quality products, superior customer service with good product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • The Junior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting product lifecycle management and realization of financial goals.
  • Develops and implements marketing and selling strategies for new and existing brands and products.
  • Research our market's consumer preferences then target and segment our customers effectively based on this research
  • Collaborate with sales team to create marketing content that will enable the sales team
  • Create product marketing content that clearly and effectively communicates our value-proposition
  • Oversee product launches, feature releases, and product positioning
  • Initiates market research studies, analyzes their findings and integrates data into product management.
  • Participates and leads product development projects from research, ideation and product concept to development and launch.
  • Ability to successfully execute initiatives on time and in-budget.
  • Maintains a professional image that reflects positively on the company.
  • Intermediate computer and word processing skills, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and CRM, ERP, Web, social media and digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
  • 1+ years experience as a business associate in medical device; preferably Lymphedema/Compression.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in the English language including the ability to relate and empathize with diverse customers including patients, therapists and medical professionals.
