Tag & Title Clerk

Automotive dealership is seeking a full-time, experienced Automotive Tag & Title Clerk to join our successful and growing team This is a great opportunity to join this busy Dealership Compensation is commensurate with experience. Benefits: 401K Paid Vacation Health and Dental Insurance Life Insurance Fitness Program Short and Long term disability Job Duties: Preparing and processing tag and title documents and all titling transactions for local and out-of-state titling. Preparing checks for title work and customer refunds as needed. Processing and reconciling all titling documents through Dealer Tag Agency. Posting all titling transactions and monitoring corresponding schedules. Tracking title issues. Properly figuring out-of-state taxes for title processing. Representing the dealership to its customers and vendors in a friendly and professional manner. Preparing and posting daily bank deposits. Inputting and posting to the general ledger all new and used vehicles for inventory. Processing all wholesale and dealer trades. Job Requirements: Must have at least one (1) year of recent Automotive Title Clerk experience. General office dealership experience required. CDK experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership. Able to work on time-sensitive projects with tight deadlines. Must be a team player with integrity and strong work ethics.
