Position Overview:

As the Manager of Cybersecurity, you will play a pivotal role in securing the organization against cyber threats and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical information. You will lead the building of a team of cybersecurity professionals, drive the development and execution of cybersecurity strategies, and implement best practices to protect our digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

Provide strategic leadership for the cybersecurity team, developing and executing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect the organization.

Identity and Access Management (IAM):

Oversee the design, implementation, and management of IAM solutions to ensure secure and efficient access to resources.

Incident Management:

Lead incident response efforts, including the identification, containment, and resolution of cybersecurity incidents.

Risk Management:

Manage and continuously assess cybersecurity risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Enterprise Defense Program:

Develop and enhance the organization's enterprise defense program, including security policies, procedures, and technologies.

Data Information Security:

Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Security Awareness:

Promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and training across the organization.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with cybersecurity vendors and third-party service providers.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the cybersecurity budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Reporting and Metrics:

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of cybersecurity initiatives and provide regular reports to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on IAM, incident management, risk management, enterprise defense programs, and data information security.

Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.

Proven leadership experience, including managing and mentoring cybersecurity teams.

In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, tools, and best practices.

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, privacy laws, and industry standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions to protect the organization's digital assets.
