Now Hiring - Staffing Coordinator

Hours: M- F 8:30AM -5:00 PM

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to:
  1. Nurture by supporting all customers. Acts with courtesy, care, concern and compassion.
  2. Educates others by sharing knowledge and expertise.
  3. Greets customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  4. Creates a positive first impression. Smiles, projects a positive attitude.
  5. Through the continuous improvement of standards of practice and by providing a safe and secure environment, the customer will be assured a sense of safety and well-being, free from risk and harm.
  6. Under the direction and guidance of the Director and/or Nursing Supervisor, schedules within Allscripts and via the telephone case managers and field employees.
  7. Responsible for entering schedules into the computer and making changes when appropriate.
  8. Communicates with employees as needed.
  9. Ensures that clinical staff enters weekly schedules in advance.
  10. Assists the Nursing Supervisor and Intake Coordinator with paperwork in the Nursing Department. Assists with paper flow within the Agency.
  11. Responsible for communicating all patient/employee related issues and problems to Supervisor.
  12. Assists with filing for all Agency departments.
  13. Verifies Activity Sheets for billing.
  14. Verifies Visits in Allscripts.

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Professional Experience:
  • Ability to function independently
  • Detail Oriented
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
