Job Description

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Senior Commercial Analyst is to support the Global Commercial Organization through the frequent use, analysis, and interpretation of a variety of analytical tools, dashboards, and information systems to enable Sales to drive top line revenue. This person must be able to extract data to build custom reports, monitor dashboards, interpret commercial impact, identify trends, and present data driven analytics that foster solution-based strategies of the business needs.

Job Responsibilities
Use Excel, Incorta, APEX, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle ERP software, and any other information system to perform extensive data analysis
Respond to inquiries and prepare reports for Sales Management
Gather information from internal management and commercial stakeholders about future needs and growth
Gather and analyze data to present insightful analytics
Identify new data sets, identify trends
Present data
Generate dashboard analytics when requested by key stakeholders
Co-ordinate and distribute regular reports regarding Sales KPIs, including Revenue Goals, Sales Complaints, Pipeline Analysis, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Strategic Sourcing Agreement Accounts as directed
Liaise with internal stakeholders across Americas, EMEA, APAC, and Global Accounts
Collaborates with Demand Planning on Commercial needs
Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and data consistency on all reports
Monitors the efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.

Key Performance Indicators:
Completion of all tasks by their assigned due dates
Execution of accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales organization effectiveness

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Sales Operations, or equivalent.
Masters degree preferred
5+ years of Sales or Marketing experience.
5+ years of Analytics experience.
Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives.
