Responsible to lead all estimates up to $1M. On larger projects, Estimator will work under guidance of a Senior Estimator. Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects. Skilled in reading and understanding drawings, specifications, and bid documents. Ability to accurately compile a summary of materials, equipment, and labor. Understand construction field conditions, means and methods, and project schedules. Quickpen / Autobid software experience preferred. Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Bluebeam experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
