Trilogy seeks a **Tableau Server Administrator**

to join our growing team. Our mission is to provide technical services required to sustain enterprise data warehouse (EDW) applications in the areas of Project Management, Data Warehouse Management, Advanced Analytics, Tableau Server Administration/Tableau Desktop Administration, Technical Collaboration Support, Lessons Learned, Executive Orders and Special Projects, and Transition Out Support for a large federal agency. Our team will also provide a migration, test, and implementation plan for a phased migration into a Cloud platform on either the AWS or Azure CSP. **The position is currently remote but transitioning to a hybrid schedule of telework and onsite support, so only candidates in the D.C. Metro Area or those relocating to the area will be considered.**

**Responsibilities:** + Support both the current PA&I and VA enterprise wide Tableau environments hosted in the AITC datacenter. + Provide server administration services virtually at PA&I as well as desktop administration services. + Submit to the COR Tableau Server Administration Tested Certification upon completion of on-boarding and shall be maintained during assignment to this task. + Hardware and Tableau software installation. + Configuration, patching and upgrading of the Tableau tool across the environments based on OEM releases. + Management of the application's users, groups, and integration with Active Directory. + Maintain the synchronizing of the Active directory within Tableau servers. + Automate monitoring & server job processes. + Tableau Server Management (i.e. Security, Clustering, Load Balancing, User Management etc.). + Tableau Licensing Administration. + Support Tableau migration and scheduling, backups and restoration of Tableau repository by the AITC, connect Tableau to various Data Sources including Data Warehouse Platforms. + Troubleshoot, resolve system issues, debug, tune and optimize for optimal performance, performance issue and tuning based on the troubleshooting log. Monitoring the log is performed on a daily basis. + Design, monitoring, capacity and utilization. + Performance Monitoring. + User support performing application upgrades, hotfixes and documentation based on VA policies and industry best practices. + Maintain and provide a Tableau Weekly Activity Log (Microsoft Excel format) of all administration services required above. **Minimum Requirements:** + The ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance, including US Citizenship or Permanent Residency. + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline. + Five (5) years minimum hands-on experience. + Must have certification in Delta Exam version 10. + Skills and experience conveying technical information to non-technical audiences. + Ability to react to dynamic industry and rapid changes in information technology. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Experience supporting large enterprise IT environments. + Ability to work off-shift hours and conduct senior-level on-call duties when required.
