This role will coordinate efforts with cross-functional team members in various groups (buyers, engineers, IS experts, etc.) to drive improvements.Working closely with team to ensure that objectives are metEnsure processes and best practices are properly executedat the site levelMonitor for compliance with supply chain "best practices" andthe defined control planCollect and manage process improvement needs, as well as information systems evolutionsDrive improvement projects in supply chain activity with cross-functional playersTrain and mentor team members to adopt best practices,learn new tools and develop strategies as they become available or needed.Participate and provide input in S&OP planning / review.Working closely to on-board, develop and build relationships with key vendorsBe a liaison to RCCA with supplier claims & closing out on open claimsSupport & participate in customer service support callsBe the expert on demand planning and forecasting activitiesThe ProfileKNOW THE REQUIREMENTSTo comply with ITAR, must be US Citizen or Permanent Legal ResidentBachelor's Degree in related field (preferred)5+ years of Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement experience3 years of people management experience preferredERP experience (SAP preferred)Proficient in spreadsheet developmentFull-time position on-site 5 days per weekEEO/F/M/V/DJob Type: Full-time, in-personApply for this job
