We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Certified Nursing Assistants/Home Health Aides/Personal Care Assistants. In this role, you will deliver high-quality care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care provided, and engaging residents in meaningful activities.
Responsibilities- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
- Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
