* Maintain record keeper, consultant and plan sponsor contact information in the contact management system.

* Assist with developing and maintaining Quarterly and Monthly mailings including newsletters, white papers and performance updates.

* Coordinate Quarterly presentation books, performance, attribution and fund profiles for distribution to clients and prospects.

* Coordinate all IO external and internal meetings.

* Update various presentations.

* Be knowledgeable about the competitive landscape of mutual fund competitors.

* Be familiar with performance databases (Morningstar, etc.).

* **Internal Management (collaboration with Putnam associates)**

* Assist with client follow up requests

* Participate in weekly sales call with sales management.

* Interact with internal Putnam business partners to create and provide business solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

* Coordinate RFP requests and ensure all deadlines are met. Review RFP drafts, coordinate final sign-off with RFP and DCIO Manager

* Act as a resource to other Putnam distribution groups: Consultant Relations, Retail, Institutional Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Full Service sales teams.

* Remain abreast of changes in Putnams products and literature as well as policies and procedures, take initiative for projects and be self-directed in role.

* Work as a partner with the DCIO team to support business plan and sales strategy.

* Develop and enhance industry and product knowledge in order to effectively communicate and build credibility with internal/external partners.

* Demonstrate Putnam professionalism at internal and external meetings.

* Deliver effective presentations promoting Putnams products, services and competitive advantages; presentations given to internal audiences.

**Education and Work Experience**

* Bachelors degree

* 3 years experience in the financial or investment management industry is preferred

* DCIO experience preferred
