Judson Group has been retained by a nationally recognized wealth management firm located in Tysons Corner in the search for an
Associate Wealth Advisor . This individual will support the firms Lead Advisors in serving clients, the creation of financial plans/research, and sales support. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing financial planning recommendations, participating in client meetings and a general understanding of investments, retirement plans, and portfolio management. This is a great opportunity to grow into a Lead Advisor and take on managing client relationships over time.
Responsibilities:
Proactively work with Lead Advisors to manage client relationships and to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Responsible for attending client meetings and collaborating with Lead Advisors to support client relationships.
Assist in the completion of financial plans making high quality financial recommendations to clients.
Manage the execution of various wealth management services.
Coordinate among clients and service providers to ensure the timely completion of various client deliverables.
Continue to expand knowledge across all departments of financial planning, including cash flow management, investments, insurance, tax strategy, retirement analysis and estate planning.
Actively manage new business development opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree.
CFP or committed to starting CFP program within first year of employment.
Minimum 2 years in a wealth management related position with client advisory exposure.
Must be passionate about planning and relationship management.
Excellent technology, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and proactive.
