What you will be doing:

The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing creative marketing content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing strategies. This role requires a versatile personnel who can produce engaging creative idea or copy for various platforms, including digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, email newsletters, press releases, and more. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, an eye for detail, and the ability to adapt their writing style to different audiences and mediums. The marketing specialist also helps to coordinate the marketing resources to support department across the company on day-to-day needs.

What your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality, creative copy for various marketing channels, including website content, blog posts, social media, email campaigns, product descriptions, press releases, and more.
  • Brand Voice: Ensure all written content maintains a consistent brand voice and adheres to Luminys Systems Corporation's guidelines and standards.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, create, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
  • SEO Optimization: Write and optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to our digital platforms.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform content strategies and ensure relevance.
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and content, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Graphic designing, branding, product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and effective communication.
What you will need:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in copywriting, creative writing, cross team coordination or a similar role within the marketing domain.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO best practices.
    • Ability to create compelling and persuasive content for various audiences and platforms.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and marketing tools.
  • Attributes:

Physical Demands:
