Their commitment to excellence drives them to seek a highly skilled and experienced HR Director to join their team and lead their human resources department.

The Role: As the HR Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our client's HR strategies and initiatives to support their company’s objectives. You will oversee various aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and employee development. This senior-level position demands strategic acumen, exceptional leadership, and a deep understanding of HR best practices within a complex organizational framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our client's objectives and culture. Lead and manage HR team members, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with the Senior HR Director to execute broader departmental goals. Oversee talent acquisition efforts, from recruitment to onboarding and retention. Implement performance management programs to drive productivity and engagement. Provide guidance on organizational and workforce planning. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs. Create an in-house recruiting platform integrated with the HRIS system. Oversee training and development initiatives. Maintain HR metrics and analyze data for improvements. Present HR data and reports to key stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend enhancements to policies and procedures. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; PHR or SPHR certifications preferred. Master's degree is a plus. 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5 years in leadership. Extensive knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Experience in a fast-paced, complex organizational structure. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Exceptional problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Proficiency in HRIS systems and related software. What We Offer:
