We're seeking a future team member for the role of Data Center Engineerto join our TSG Operations team, working 2nd shift (Thursday - Monday, 4pm - 12am EST). This role is located in Nashville, TN - ONSITE.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Implementing small to mid-size project tasks from various internal customers of competing priorities and working through them to achieve a successful outcome.
  • Executing all data center related hardware installations, repairs, configurations, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Space planning, efficient cabinet layouts, and cabling.
  • Contributing to maintaining the firm's reputation by adhering to strict media management practices, protocols, and policies.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • An individual with a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field or with 5-7 years of field experience working in large scale data centers.
  • Ability to work autonomously and be proactive.
  • Experience with the basic Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. of boxes/equipment.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required4 - 6 years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
