QA Analyst - Credit Card Processing

What does a great Credit Card Processing Quality Analyst do?

You will take ownership and provide guidance to internal and external clients during the integration certification cycle. You will be part of a team of dynamic professionals working on high-profile projects. In this role you will have exposure to and work with other technical and client facing partners, you will assist in driving quality, accuracy and an excellent client experience. The Quality Assurance Analyst performs scripted certifications with clients, providing technical support and guidance throughout the process. Additionally, there’s an expectation that you will support operational readiness exercises that ensure the team is prepared to handle the introduction of a new product, a product enhancement and/or hot fix.

This role is also responsible for the successful deployment of the solution to the production environment. The role provides an opportunity to grow in a position that contributes to overall technical and client facing support.

In This Role, You Will

Assume overall responsibility for certifying and implementing client/vendor, functionality and/or applying configuration modifications Manage the technical and business aspects of client/vendor certifications Lead team level operational readiness activities, which include the creation and/or modifications of certification scripts, define and execute process updates, refresh SOPs and lead/arrange team level training and/or knowledge sharing sessions Receive and interpret client specific technical information, create/set configurations based upon this information and following standard operating procedures establish the connectivity to support a client certification Perform scripted certifications with clients, while providing technical support and guidance throughout the process Successfully manage/coordinate, deploy and support solutions to the production environment Review new project business and technical requirements with the purpose of developing and executing certification, and establishing standard operating procedures which ensure clients experience an accurate and positive certification experience Identify defects within the software and notify affected parties as well as aid in problem resolution related to a certification activity Monitor success of conversions and troubleshoot or escalate as appropriate Participate on project teams as a subject matter expert

Basic Qualifications For Consideration

High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in writing test and executing test cases and validating integration testing results. Minimum 5+ years’ equivalent EFT experience in the EFT data processing area Minimum 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience (accustomed to rigid QA repeatable processes with a keen eye for detail)

Preferred Qualifications For Consideration

Excellent understanding of the web development project lifecycle The ability to closely follow quality standards. Excellent analytical, problem solving and debugging skills. Effective time management skills, able to juggle multiple high priority tasks simultaneously. Ability to conduct multi-channel communications (email, phone, chat, and in-person) clearly and courteously with internal (peers and leadership) and external clients. Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical resources. Ability to understand and translate requirements to other impacted teams. Ability to complete work within a timeframe with accuracy and efficiency.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
