Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Analyst to join our team As a Lead Analyst, you will beresponsible for supporting a 20-state footprint while reporting to the Manager of Field Operations. In this important role, you will partner and collaborate with 14 Managers of Regional Operations providing valuable analytics and financial support to their ever-changing organization. The person filling this role will act as a key point of contact for the MROs when it comes to financial reporting and performance metrics.

As a Lead Analyst, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a regular cadence of financial report-out meetings with the MROs seeking to understand changes in the Opex environments, developing insights and trend analyses, that will be the foundation of change recommendations to the executive leadership team
  • Being a main contributor to, and participant in, regularly scheduled executive presentations
  • Assisting in business case development, validation, and implementation
  • Leading several initiative teams, providing direction to participants and partners based on findings and changes in the business
  • Performing financial and operational trend analyses that will be widely distributed to SLT leadership
  • Partnering with middle management to identify opportunity areas for processes and procedures related to reporting and operational effectiveness
  • Monitoring and analyzingoperational drivers of key performance indicators
  • Supporting the Manager of Field Operations with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting as needed
Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Must be comfortable making multi-million-dollar decisions on behalf of the company and be confident in explaining the data driven rationale behind those decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or equivalent working experience is preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in a financial or operational analyst role
  • Prior experience creating and participating in executive level presentations
  • Ability to perform deep-dive operational and financial analyses using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
  • Prior exposure to the telecommunications business with an in-depth understanding of telecom fundamentals and industry basics is a plus
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral
  • The ability to perform in high-pressure, deadline driven environments
