Serving others after a disaster has struck their property is not easy. Everyone within Paul Davis needs to have a world-class work ethic, serious attention to detail and love to help people. It is challenging to make customers happy when faced with a traumatic event, but you will love being a technician if you take pride in your work and enjoy working with others.ResponsibilitiesRespond to emergency property damage 24/7 365 days a yearHandle multiple projects at a given time while still giving attention to detailHigh-level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation (demolition and cleaning), and emergency fire/smoke services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Team Lead and Core Claims ManagerAct as liaison between customers and insurance carriersBe accessible by phone and perform on-call rotation as neededEnsure that the job is brought to completion and collection in a timely fashionAssist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when neededRequirementsStrong customer service skillsExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsMust be able to lift 75 lbs.Desire to continually learn new thingsValid drivers license and satisfactory driving recordForklift Certified preferredIICRC Certification preferredCompensation and BenefitsHourly rate: $21-$26/hour based on prior experience and current certificationsIndustry certifications reimbursement programHealth, dental and vision insurancePaid holidays, sick and vacation daysEmbedded training and development opportunities with opportunity for career advancement401(K) plan with company match after 1 yearGreat culture and fun team building eventsPlease apply if you think you have what it takes to serve others and deliver a world-class service when others need it the most.
