The position entails working with a group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSSupport project managers on multiple projects and assignmentsComplete meeting minutes for assigned projectsIdentify and address areas of concern regarding potential risk surrounding project, project logistical issues, budget and scopeCoordinate and track all Vendor Request For Proposals ('RFPs')Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractorsPrepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financialsAssist in tracking each aspect of project performance against schedules and critical pathCoordinate the activities of sub-contractors and the relocation of technical functionsDemonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective mannerAssist the Local Project Development Services team in tracking and documenting entitlements, permits, Bids and Construction Documents and RFPs TCO and CO as well as all close out documents for project closure.Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all Project Development Services technology as required for assigned projectsAny other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assignedQUALIFICATIONS Ability to prepare and track budgetsUnderstanding of technical requirements for a business relocation, construction and renovation projectsFamiliarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts a plusAble to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced team or independently environmentOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client's representatives, and team membersFlexibility with work hours and travel as neededMust have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, or combination of relevant work experience, education, or equivalent Military experienceExperience in construction management or real estate preferredExperience with financial institutions preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteLocation:On-site -Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NCIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
