We are seeking a dedicated RN - ICU for our Intensive Care Unit in Fairfax, VA, offering $2,378/week. Responsibilities Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast?paced ICU environment. Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and interpret vital signs and lab results. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies. Skills and Qualifications Strong critical thinking, excellent communication, and adaptability. (RN license required.)
