Member Services Associate- Scottsdale

Location: Scottsdale, AZ Start Date: 1/26/26 Type: Full-Time; Hybrid In-Office 3 days/Remote 2 days Shift Days: Monday-Saturday for a total of 5 days per week; Specific days to be agreed based on need Shift Times: Charleston (EST) & Scottsdale (MST): 8am-5pm, 8:30am-5:30pm, 9am-6pm, 9:30am-6:30pm, 10am-7pm, 10:30am-7:30pm; Specific shifts to be assigned based on business need. Shift Expectations: Your standard schedule will be Monday-Friday, and will include up to 8 Saturdays per year. This will also include up to 3 company holidays per year, with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas (which we do not staff). Sarah Breslauer, Member Services Team Lead An average day: Youll start and end your day at the same time every day during training, and post-training youll have an assigned shift for your 40-hour work week. During busier seasons, youll have the opportunity to contribute more and be rewarded with overtime pay. Youll have different daily assignments, so you dont get bored. And there will always be time for personal and professional development.
