Job DescriptionPosition Title: Director Quality AssuranceYour role The Director Quality Assurance managers the end to end quality assurance of the software development life cycle across Lead to Opportunity, Opportunity to Contract, Service and Maintenance Management and Order to Cash. As a key member of the technology team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust QA standards across the enterprise application stack ensuring the delivery of high quality end to end processes across these applications (Salesforce, Oracle CPQ & Order Management, ServiceNow and Oracle Financials etc.) on time and within budget. The role also implements and manages a continuous improvement program to improve continuously improve the quality, consistency, and satisfaction on delivery of technology to the businessWhat you'll do Define, develop and implement a comprehensive global QA strategy in alignment with organizational goals and SDLC best practices. Define and establish QA standards, methodologies, and processes to be integrated seamlessly into the software development lifecycle. Lead and mentor a global team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation. Interface directly with Application Owners and the Integration Team to ensure alignment of the global QA strategy to meet their needs and ensure a continuous cycle of improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QA requirements are effectively communicated and integrated into project plans. Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability. Drive the adoption of automation tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the QA process. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and continuously improve the overall quality and efficiency of the QA process Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and QA best practices to drive innovation and excellence in QA methodologies. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks related to software quality. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with QA standards and identify areas for improvement.What you'll need Proven experience in a leadership role within Global QA, preferably in an enterprise setting. In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, standards, and best practices across the SDLC. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing QA teams. Experience with implementing and managing QA automation tools and frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams globally. Solid understanding of software development processes and lifecycle. Good knowledge of Oracle, Salesforce and ServiceNow applications, their associated modules and data flow. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
