Responsibilities

• Process documents for state registration, follow the proper paperwork and ensure that tax and title documents are also completed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Process all payoffs, floor vehicles and payoff floorplan daily.
• Submit warranties and service contracts to the appropriate agency, and cancel warranties and apply refunds to appropriate accounts.
• Check for completeness and signatures on all titles, power of attorney, etc. Additionally, vehicle title clerks may check for accuracy of sales tax before processing tax and title work.
• Bill out all wholesale deals and provide wholesaler with titles after payment has been received
• Package and send out all paper contracts to appropriate finance institution.
• Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit through CVR or ATC
• Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive experience preferred
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Willingness to take initiative and eagerness to improve
• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Work with all levels of employees
• CDK experience preferred
