As the right hand to a Casino Host, this role will turn strangers into regulars, building genuine relationships and becoming the casino's friendly face. QualificationsWe're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 6 months of player development and/or marketing experience. Alternatively, a blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick Effective written, communication, presentation, and computer skills including working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products. Ability to set priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, which includes customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights. This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license to assist with various activities, as needed.
