We are seeking a Distribution Center Data & Reporting Analyst to join the team at our Eatonton, GA Distribution Center.

JOB SUMMARY

The Distribution Center Data & Reporting Analyst plays a key role in all operating activities, including customer demand/volume planning, warehouse productivity, and labor efficiency.This position is responsible for providing accurate hourly activity reporting and providing analytical support to managers and supervisors.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a problem solver and an expert in operational analysis. You'll be confident working independently, managing priorities, and juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze forecasts, business volumes and staffing patterns to accurately plan and manage short- and long-term staffing needs for the Distribution Center.
  • Partner with Distribution Center Leadership and Finance in developing Labor Models, Budgets, and Forecast updates.
  • Collect data and prepare daily and weekly labor analysis reports for operations productivity analysis.
  • Identify trends and future opportunities for improvements. Provide reporting showing mockups and comparable data sets with the goal of improving operations and increasing performance.
  • Prepare individual employee metrics reporting for supervisors and managers.
  • Provide additional ad hoc reporting for Distribution Center Leadership as needed.
  • Support the Logistics Department by providing transportation data and reporting.
  • Participate in the collection of performance measurements consistent with site requirements.
  • Review vendor invoices and purchase orders for accuracy and ensure proper GL coding.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate's degree in business or relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills.
