Job Summary: The Go High Level (GHL) Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting our CRM strategy, providing insights through data analysis, and recommending best practices across all teams using the CRM solution. This role requires a blend of marketing acumen, IT skills, and deep knowledge of the Go High Level platform. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing and interpreting complex data sets to inform strategic business decisions and enhance system efficiency. Key Responsibilities: CRM Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute CRM strategies to retain customers, boost brand loyalty, and enhance brand value. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and interpret data from CRM systems to provide actionable insights. Customize and generate marketing reports from Go High Level. System Setup & Integration: Configure and optimize the Go High Level platform, including integrations with third-party software. Sales Funnel Optimization: Ensure the CRM system supports an effective sales funnel, maximizing lead conversion and customer retention. Workflow & Data Management: Establish and maintain standards for data entry and workflows within the CRM system. Identify opportunities for automation to streamline routine tasks. Troubleshooting & Support: Address and resolve system or user errors that impact the efficiency of CRM interactions. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in CRM development with a focus on Go High Level. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CRM systems and analytical tools, with a solid understanding of Go High Level. Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with online marketing strategies and best practices. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and demands from marketing, sales, customers, and management. Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical skills and experience working with large data sets to generate meaningful insights. Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure the integrity of CRM data. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Professional Attributes: Demonstrated ability to convey a sense of urgency, openness to new ideas, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
