Tent provides full-service engineering services from feasibility through startup/operations on projects such as: Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) facilities, Renewable Power Generation, Biogas Treatment, and Biogas Collection and Control.

We are looking for an entry-level, self-motivated Electrical Engineer to join our growing team at our Bend, OR office.

What youll be doing: Youll be working in an exciting and constantly changing environment consistent with small and dynamic engineering firms. Primarily, youll be working with Tents experienced project managers to support renewable energy projects with electrical and controls engineering design, drawings, equipment specifications, power distribution design, PLC/SCADA design/programming, and reports. Under this primary role, you will be involved with biogas projects from start to finish. You will, at minimum, become familiar with multiple disciplines including process, mechanical, electrical, controls, civil, and structural engineering. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for anyone considering this job. Youll be working with multi-disciplinary teams to complete projects, often coordinating with outside contractors, engineers, and equipment vendors. Tent services projects nationwide, and the job will require occasional travel to project sites all over the country.

Requirements

  • BS in Electrical Engineering, or similar engineering field
  • Ability/Willingness to live/work in Central Oregon
