Edmonds, WA Edmond's Store Team 16.00 usd / hour Part time Little Bipsy is a modern and unique collection of baby/toddler apparel for your little styler Designed in house by Little Bipsy in the Pacific Northwest, focusing on quality, comfort and everyday style.

Little Bipsy has two locations, our Headquarters in Downtown Everett and our flagship store in Downtown Edmonds. We are seeking to add an outgoing and energetic individual to join our sales team in our Edmonds retail store. This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing local business focused on creating high-quality childrens clothing. We are a customer focused business, our main priority is connecting with our customers and our community.

Job Duties:

* Greet and assist customers with their needs while recommending the appropriate products

* Having brand awareness about all products, our customers look to our team for guidance

* Assist in maintaining the back-stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor

* Utilize the companys point of sale system to checkout customers for their purchases

* Always collaborate with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized

* Help the fulfillment team with shipping orders as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Customer focused with an engaging and outgoing personality

* Team player with willingness to wear multiple hats

* Must be interested in (or familiar with) the retail industry

* Comfortable with a fast-paced small business and fearless about adapting to new tools, applications, and procedures

* Independent and driven to take initiative in order to complete tasks and solve problems

* Ability to complete tasks with speed and accuracy while meeting deadlines

* Willing to be flexible during changing priorities

* Comfortable with completing tedious tasks like steaming, sizing, and folding.

* Willing to learn baby gear and become a baby gear expert.

Education and Experience Required:

* High School Diploma (college degree preferred, but not mandatory)

* Knowledge in childrens clothing and baby gear a plus

* Experience in Retail

Compensation: $15 - 16 per hour, based on experience.

**Hours: Super flexible fill-in and on call position**

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
