Position Requirements: The AVL Specialist will support Transformation Church services and events by deploying AVL systems, installing and maintaining gear, and filling in vacancies of Sunday service operators. They will also help oversee direction of AVL Technicians and assist in managing production assets.

HANDS (Responsibilities + Duties)
Actively participates in planning and preparation as assigned and ensures best practices are followed.
Directs and assists AVL Technicians in setting up AVL systems and provides on-site leadership for services and events as assigned; may actively be a part of on-site event set up, strike and management.
Coordinates audiovisual production preparation and execution with all relevant internal and external staff to ensure the efficient, safe and timely execution of productions.
Notifies Manager of any significant challenges installing, operating, removing, storing and maintaining audiovisual equipment, as well as informing as to the status and records of equipment inventory
Maintains a high degree of safety protocol internally and with third party vendors and adheres to all Transformation Church
standards.
Inspire team to progress in talents, skills, and spiritual walk.
Lead and assist in regular inventory and equipment checks.
Work in Monday.com and Asset Panda in assigning and completely task and overseeing equipment and reservations of equipment.
Physical requirements of this job include sitting, standing, and walking for an extended period of time. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly and up to 100 pounds on occasion with help.
HEAD (Knowledge + Training)
REQUIRED: 3-7 years of experience within AVL industry, tour experience a plus
Working knowledge of digital audio consoles, stage patching, RF coordination, MA lighting, Sony cameras, Ross video gear,
ROE, Brompton, and general AVL maintenance ability
Highly tech-savvy, able to learn and master new technology quickly and thoroughly
Ability to train and develop volunteers Ability to resolve conflict in calming manner
This role regularly communicates through talking and hearing and must be able to do so efficiently and effectively.
Proficient computer skills with Apple, Microsoft, and Google products and the ability to learn TC-used databases and technologies
