Wages:

  • $23-$28 DOE
Work days/hours:
  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining Customer Accounts
  • Working and sending invoices via our accounting software
  • Collecting payments via check, ACH, or Credit Card
  • Posting Payments/Receipts in a timely manner
  • Securing Company Revenue with on time payments
  • Customer Credit review and approval (with President review)
  • Monitor & Review Employee Expense Reports
  • Financial Reports to Management
  • Keeping track of all company payments, including payroll, purchase orders, vendor bills.
  • Verification of vendor bills vs purchase order.
  • Reconciling accounts & balances
  • Maintain Records
  • Payroll Reconciliation
  • Pay Vendors with scheduling ACH or Checks.
  • Financial Reports to Management
Qualifications:
  • Computer skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Accounting experience
  • QuickBooks experience
