Required:
•Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
•Expertise in two or more of the following areas:
Solar photovoltaic design;
Battery storage system design;
Geospatial data analysis and forecasting;
AI applications in renewable energy
•Proven analytical capabilities in two or more of the following areas:
Creating models, performing statistical analysis, and optimizing system performance
Designing and developing machine learning and deep learning systems
Solar resource assessment
Optimal solar and storage sizing
•Shows maturity of technical expertise and assumes responsibility for highly specialized technical objectives
•One of the following education and experience combinations:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field from an ABET accredited program
5+ years of proven experience
•Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (3+ year of proven experience)

Preferred:
•PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (0-2 year of proven experience)

Responsibilities :
•Subject matter expert (SME) of innovation in assigned subject areas
•Manage small to medium level projects without direct reports
•Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders and provide data-driven recommendations
•Maintain familiarity with industry and company progress and problems in assigned technical areas
•Research, develop, and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools to optimize the performance and design of renewable energy systems
•Collaborate and lead with national and international industry subject matter experts
•Engage with research community and technology developers to guide and inform technology development targets
