Base pay range $45,000.00/hr - $55,000.00/hr Cornerstone Companies Accounts Receivable Specialist - Luxury Windows & Doors Location: West Palm Beach, FL | Full-Time | On-Site Cornerstone Companies sets the standard for luxury windows and doors in South Florida. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send customer invoices for product orders, installation services, and project milestones Track accounts receivable aging and follow up proactively on past?due accounts Process payments, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain up?to?date financial records Coordinate with sales, project management, and accounting to ensure correct billing and documentation Manage lien releases, payment applications, and compliance paperwork Assist with month?end close, reporting, and financial audits Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing questions or balances Maintain accuracy across all AR entries, logs, and documents Identify process improvements to streamline AR operations Qualifications 2?4 years of accounts receivable or bookkeeping experience (construction or manufacturing preferred) Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and contract billing High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Buildertrend, or similar) Professional communication with both internal teams and high?end clients Ability to problem?solve, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits Full?time, W?2 employee Salary Range: $45,000?$55,000, depending on experience $20 daily lunch credit Quarterly performance bonuses (minimum $1,000) 100% employer?paid health insurance 401(k) with 3% employer contribution Paid time off and holidays Growth opportunities within a luxury construction environment Why Work With Us As an Accounts Receivable Specialist with Cornerstone, you'll play an essential role in supporting our financial operations and client relationships.
